Welcome to Washington Business College (“WBC”, “we”, “our”, “us”). These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of wbc-edu.com and participation in our educational programs, including online courses and diploma programs (collectively, the “Services”). By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Scope of Services

WBC provides educational Services for learners worldwide. Our programs are intended for personal and professional development and must not be used for unlawful or unauthorized purposes.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or have consent from a legal guardian, to enroll. You confirm that all registration information submitted is accurate, complete, and kept up to date.

3. Accounts & Access

  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account.
  • Do not share, sell, or transfer your account or access to course materials.

4. Payment & Enrollment

  • Accepted payment methods: online payment gateways and bank transfers.
  • Enrollment is confirmed only after full payment is received.
  • All fees are stated in USD unless otherwise indicated and may be updated without prior notice.

5. Refund Policy

If you are not satisfied with your course or diploma program, you may request a refund within 14 calendar days from your official program start date. No refunds are available after this period. Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method.

6. Intellectual Property

All course materials (including videos, text, graphics, presentations, assessments, and downloads) are the exclusive property of WBC or are used under valid license. Your access is personal and non-transferable.

  • You may not copy, record, reproduce, modify, distribute, publicly display, or resell materials without prior written permission from WBC.
  • Any permitted use must retain all proprietary notices.

7. Acceptable Use

  • Do not disrupt classes, forums, or platform operations.
  • Do not upload or transmit malware, unlawful, defamatory, or infringing content.
  • Do not attempt to bypass security, access others’ accounts, or scrape/download content at scale.

8. Program Changes

We may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue any course, module, schedule, or feature at any time. Where feasible, we will provide reasonable notice for material changes.

9. Disclaimers

  • The Services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.
  • WBC does not guarantee specific academic, certification, or career outcomes.
  • Access may be interrupted for maintenance, updates, or events beyond our control.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, WBC and its officers, directors, employees, and partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill arising from or related to your use of the Services.

11. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless WBC from any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your breach of these Terms or misuse of the Services.

12. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. You agree to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the state and federal courts located in Delaware for any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services. WBC’s primary mailing address is in New York, USA.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

14. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be enforced to the maximum extent permissible, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.

15. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with any program-specific policies referenced on our website, constitute the entire agreement between you and WBC regarding the Services and supersede all prior understandings.
