General Requirements
To be considered for admission, applicants must meet the program-specific entry requirements and submit all required documents before the stated deadlines. Required documentation may include:
- Completed application form
- Academic transcripts and certificates
- Proof of English proficiency (if applicable)
- Statement of Purpose and professional references
- Government-issued identification
Transfer Students
- Up to 50% of credits may be transferred into an undergraduate program.
- Up to 33% of credits may be transferred into a graduate program.
All transfer credits require approval from the Registrar and Academic Dean. Official transcripts and detailed course descriptions may be required.
Notification of Decision
Applicants will receive their admission decision via email.
Accepted students will receive:
- Formal Letter of Admission
- Student Enrollment Agreement
- Instructions for accessing the Student Portal and registering for courses
Conditional Admission
Applicants who do not fully meet all criteria may be offered Conditional Admission.
These students must fulfill specific requirements—such as providing final transcripts, proving English proficiency, or achieving a minimum GPA in their first term—to transition to Full Admission status.
International Students
As a fully online institution, Washington Business College does not issue student visas.
International students are welcome to apply and complete their education from anywhere in the world.
All programs are conducted 100% online and are accessible globally.
